| Can't beat the location in the beautiful residential neighborhood of Georgetown, on the Georgetown University campus, and a few minutes on foot from desirable shopping and dining. Great place to start exercise walks or meanderings through the adjoining neighborhood. Convenient to downtown D.C. by bus. I enjoyed my stay thoroughly.

| Signage for the hotel is practically non-existent- you better head for the Georgetown Hospital because that's the only landmark that will help. The hotel is tucked behind the hospital, which has the only access road to it. The best news about the hotel is that the beds are very comfortable- nice linens and pillows. Otherwise the hotel needs a facelift. The worst part of our stay was room service- expensive and not worth it. No cream for the coffee, coffee lukewarm.

| The conference center hotel is located above the Leavey ( student )Center on the campus at Georgetown. It is very quiet, clean and comfortable, and a great location for visiting students. The maid service was excellent, we had a mountain of clean towels every day. Our room, with 2 double beds was rather small. It's an easy walk to any of the campus buildings, and the Georgetown neighborhood just beyond. Don't rent a car- if you can't walk, there are plenty of cabs.
