| our stay was exceptionally nice. It was very quiet even though the hotel was full and we weren't that far from the airport. The only draw back was the lack of parking spaces.

| The hotel is currently (04/06) undergoing renovations but we did any construction. All we saw were signs of "Pardon our mess" and in the back parking lot are construction sites. The room and the bed is very comfortable but the pillows are to be desired. They look comfy, fluffy but once your head is on one, your head goes through the pillow to bed. Flat. We did not pursue getting another pillow as we were there only one night. Also, the hotel is 3 miles away from the Pittsburgh International Airport and we didn't hear a plane. I would go there again but would bring my pillow or ask if they have other pillows to choose from.

| This hotel was extremely nice, quiet, and efficient. The only problem we encountered was finding it according to the Expedia driving directions. Staff was accommodating and courteous. I will stay here again anytime I need to take a flight.

| Did not get the queen bed as requested although room service was preparing queen rooms on the same floor @ the time of check in. The hotel is not convenient to the freeway/parkway to the airport although the surrounding area is quiet. The hotel staff was indifferent. Worst hotel experience in 20+ years.

| Despite request, coworker was put into a smoking room. The, despite offering to come get us after dinner with the shuttle, after a long wait they said they'd call us a cab. Guess what - they "forgot". Waited and hour an a half outside before we got picked up. Breakfast service was slow and "absent" - left while food was cooking and let it overcook. Then, to cap it off, the front desk clerk's attitude was rude at checkout. Place seemed "dead", but still didn't have enough staff, or the "right" staff to handle customers.
