| We stayed at the Delta Suites in downtown Vancouver. It was very conveniently located. It was 1 and 1/2 blocks from the railroad station (including the Skytrain and Seabus) and a 1/2 hour walk from wonderful Stanley Park. It is also 2 blocks from 2 of the cruise ship docks. The 2 room suite was very comfortable with super plump beds and a separate sitting room. The staff was friendly and reasonably prompt. It served my family of 4 well.

| This hotel was very attractive, rooms were very clean and comfortable and a pleasure to stay at. The service was exlemplary and what stood out most was the outstanding helpfulness of the front desk staff. They truly went the extra mile in their attentiveness to our needs. We have stayed at many a hotel and would rank their staff as #1.

| The hot water tap on the basin was only luke warm. We had a blocked toilet, however, this was attended to very promptly. Our 18 year old daughter was sharing with us. Her bed was a sofa bed, probably fine for younger children, but uncomfortable for an 18 year old. Advised there was no alternative to this.

| This was probably one of the nicest hotels I have ever been too. The service was incredible. The staff gave us restaurant ideas and shopping ideas. They went above and beyond. I would stay there again. Tip: Arrive early and have them store your bags. Since we arrived at noon, we actually got a free upgrade to the club level with a view.

| Hotel was nice and clean, and the bed was quite comfy. The only issue was it was slightly more out of the way than we had expected. But overall, the hotel was a great value.

| We were travelling with our infant and needed a true suite with two seperate rooms. This was a very nice room and hotel, the staff were super friendly, and the location was very central. My only complaint would be they could improve the comfor of the bed and linens. But overall a very nice stay.

| This hotel was great. Decorated in contemporary motiff, not my style but who cares! We got off a cruise ship and wanted to spend a day in Vancouver, so this was very convenient. We walked to the hotel only a couple of blocks away. The staff was exceptionally helpful from the desk clerk to the valet. And the price was great. Spacious rooms too.
