This hotel was a highlight of our trip to BC. They upgraded our room when we checked in and the staff was very nice and helpful at all times. The room was beautiful and clean. It had a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen along with a washer and a dryer! The heated indoor/outdoor pool and jacuzzis were very nice. The bus stop for Greyhound was around the corner which was very convenient and the hotel was close to it all. I highly recommend it!

This hotel is the perfect place to stay in to complete that wonderful ski trip you've been looking forward to! The location is excellent---right across the Greyhound station if you're taking the bus to Whistler---and the architecture is a magnificent and cozy jewel against the majestic backdrop of Whistler Mountain. The interior lives up to the external grandeur as well. The staff was extremely courteous and accomodating throughout our stay. We stayed in a 1-bedroom suite and it was a charm! Everything was very clean, including the kitchen area which provided complete wares and utensils. The bed and pullout sofa bed were great, especially after an exhausting day on the slopes. The gas fireplace capped off the charm of the room. The view off the window and balcony were also great. The room was so wonderful that we ended up spending more time in there that we purposely did. Great value, considering the excellent quality, as compared to the bloated prices that other hotels in the area offer. The hotel is located in the heart of the village and everything, including the grocery stores, shops, restaurants, and ski lifts, is never more than a short walk away.

I was there for the pre-season snow in November. We stayed in a studio. The service in this hotel is remarkable. Every one is smiling and ready to help you all the time. The rooms were of a good size and were very clean. The sole complaint i have for this hotel is the distance we had to walk with our gear. it is really quite a distance especially on the walk back. However, we discovered (only on the last day) that there was actually a free shuttle service by the hotel to the gondolas. Oh well. it was good exercise any how.

In all my years of traveling, I have never recieved such a high caliber of service from hotel personnel. The location was excellent for all activities, and shuttle service was provided for those not wishing to walk the short distance to lifts and trails. Our kitchen suite was not only amply stocked for preparing meals, a large wonderful gift basket was provided with deliecious food items and beverages! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking forward to a wonderful Whistler experience!
