| The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our room had a balcony w/ view of the harbor. The hotel is so convenient to great restaurants and the ferry landing.

| This is undoubtably the worst hotel we have stayed in. It was filthy and the furnishings were torn and worn. No heat or a/c control, windows did not stay open. The only thing it had going for it was location. Needs total restoration! and cleaning!!
