Suburban Philadelphia hotel on the Cooper River

Hilton Cherry Hill Amenities
The impressive outdoor pool is popular with families, as is the miniature golf course behind the hotel. A small, 24-hour fitness area on the 4th floor offers two treadmills, two stationary bikes, two stair climbers, weight machines, and free weights. Guests can also jog or walk—or just watch rowers and sailboats—along the trail on the adjacent Cooper River.

A business center with fax machine, copier, printer, and computers with high-speed Internet access is staffed during business hours Monday through Friday, and is accessible by guestroom keycard 24 hours daily. The 43,186 square feet of meeting space keeps the hotel busy on weekdays and weekends.

Features
What to expect: This busy hotel offsets its always-moving clientele—which tends toward corporate travelers during the week, vacationers on the weekends, in addition to the occasional university rowing team in town for a Cooper River regatta—with a comfortable lobby atmosphere that includes multiple chandeliers, paneled wooden columns, gilded mirrors, oversized couches and armchairs, and marble tile floors.

Amenity highlights: Rascal's, the on-site comedy club, features stand-up local and national acts, and is open Thursday through Saturday evenings. Other amenities include the large outdoor pool and a 24-hour business center, which is staffed during business hours.

Insider tip: Reaching the Hilton is a breeze when driving east on Marlton Pike/Route 70, but can be more challenging for drivers heading west. Westbound drivers who miss one of Jersey's famous jug-handle turnaround points (at Cornell Ave.) can still reach the hotel by continuing less than 1 mile to a traffic circle, which leads back to 70-west.

Cooper's Bar and Bistro - Open for three meals through late night, this American-style restaurant has a dining room and a bar area, where guests enjoy big-screen televisions as they drink and dine.

Rascal's Comedy Club - Open Thursday through Saturday from noon until midnight, this theater-style club offers live comic acts and serves cocktails and light fare. Tickets are required and may be purchased in advance or at the door.

Great for the price! It was not what I was expecting with the name "Hilton;" Service was friendly, large room, bathroom could have been cleaner, there was a dust ball on the floor!

Staying at the Cherrry Hill Hilton helped make our visit to South Jersey more enjoyable. Due largely to the location of the hotel, we easily got together with friends and family in the area. Proximity to Philadelphia restaurants and attractions is a plus! We'll definitely stay here again.

Found the hotel front desk staff competent, accommodating and friendly. The rooms appeared clean and well maintained, except when I pulled back the top sheet and found a pair of socks that didn't belong to me! On checkout when I mentioned this to the desk clerk, she had no response.

We visited here on our way to Philadelphia. The hotel was very busy, but the host and hostess were very nice. Parking was hard to come by. The exercise room was great! Request a room with a view of the Cooper River and the city. It was a great view.

Hotel didn't have / couldn't find my expedia reservation and room type request. Problem did get fixed. Shower was a warm dribble on both mornings and house keeping starts knocking on doors about 0930. On the plus side, the location is good. Access to Philly is a snap and there are plenty of dining options close to the hotel.

Each time I have stayed in the Hilton at Cherry Hill, I have gotten great service, and have had super accommodations. I love to walk into a clean room, that is inviting, and relaxing, and the Hilton provides that for me. I am sure that each time I need to stay in the Philadelphia area, I will stay at the Hilton.
