| We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. As a family of 7 we had a quad and a triple. These rooms as well as the public areas were clean and well presented. The staff was very friendly and willing to help us plan our events. This is a very good hotel choice for families as the location was also close to a main road and taxis were quick to respond to telephone requests. Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Seville!

| Lovely hotel on a quiet street. Rooms well appointed. A bit of a walk from the main city attractions and also from the restaurants (except for one outstanding restaurant right around the corner - recommended by the hotel).

| We booked this place for 5 nights and when we arrived we got a room next to the elevator (noisy), it had ants and bugs all over, so we got a new room on another floor also next to the elevator. You could hear all the "drunken" guests arrive all night long until 5am, so forget about a good night sleep.....we complained and management couldn't do anything, mainly because the hotel is under renovation. The parking was full of garbage and they even charge you full rate! The location is also far from all the main attractions....don't waiste your money!

| The room was clean, but everything in the room was falling apart, starting from the lighting switch to the door lock, to the air conditioner.

| We don't speak Spanish and we needed to rely on hotel staff for advice and help. The staff weren't rude, just indifferent & unhelpful. The room was unbelievably tiny and the air conditioning didn't work. At the price we paid, I expected just a little more than the bare minimum that we got. The room was on the street side and was unbelievably noisy.

| The hotel was pretty well kept and run. The staff was pleasant. However, the location of the hotel was not convenient. It was a distance away from the tourist areas. There was no metro available and the bus lines from our hotel seem to only run one way. So it was a breeze getting to our location, but going back was difficult in the heat and humidity. Unless you are willing to take a cab from place to place I would search for a hotel with a better location.
