| We booked a room for 4 adults (the rates are higher for 2+ people). Upon arrival, the room was clean, but we noticed there was only 3 towels and washcloths. We immediately called the front desk asking for more towels, washcloths and one extra pillow. We were told they were out of these (common) items both nights of our stay. Therefore, some couples had to share towels....which to me is unacceptable when we're paying a higher rate. Also, the hotel did not appear booked, so the times they are completely booked, does each room only get 1 towel and washcloth?

| We tried to check-in a little before the check-in time. We were told the room wasn't ready and to come back closer to the check-in time (3 PM). We did and we were told we could have the room, but the were still washing and drying our sheets. We sat in the room with the door propped open (left by the hotel staff). A supervisor came by at app. 3:30 and asked if we were still waiting for our room to be made up (as if it wasn't obvious by the stripped bed). When we said "yes", she left only to return and tell us that our sheets were in the laundry and as soon as they were done she would have someone make up the bed. "Are you telling me you only have 1 set of king size sheets in the whole hotel???," I wondered. Finally around 4 pm a rather disgruntled housekeeper came in and made up our bed. She never smiled, never exchanged pleasantries and when I tried to ask for more pillows, she never even acknowledged me. I thought perhaps she didn't speak English. The A/C was good and the noise level was fine. There was some type of filmy substance on the bathroom wall and when we woke up, our sheets had picked up on every corner of the bed - perhaps they left them in the dryer too long???

| When we got into our room there was still food all over the floor from other people, our keys wouldnt work, the fire alarm went off late at night for no reason, the people were rude, it took us FOREVER to get toilet paper in our room once we got there because there was none, the beds are really uncomfortable and smell really bad. I dont recommend this as a place to stay...It was HORRIBLE!

| This hotel was within minutes from Cedar Point Amusement and Water Parks. The hotel was within walking distance of a Wal-mart and their were numerous restaurants and other stores in the area. The rooms were not the cleanest but were okay. Housekeeping came around early in the morning and continued knocking until they were answered. So, it was difficult to sleep in. Bring your own towels if you prefer soft ones. The one's supplied at the hotel definitely lacked fabric softner and were small.

| The overall experience was so so, nothing special. The hotel has not been well maintained. Toilet in room never flushed correctly, with 5 people in the room that can be a BIG problem. Shower was the only good thing about the room. Shuttle bus to CedarPoint Amusement Park ran late but was a big savings. We won't stay here again.

| This hotel has a great rate and it was very close to cedar point. The shuttle bus to and from the park was the best thing the hotel had to offer. The hotel staff was less than friendly. We reserved three rooms for our trip. The rooms lacked cleanliness. There was hair in the bathtub, no fitted sheets on the beds (only a flat sheet covering the mattress), the ice bucket was filthy and looked as if it had never been washed, the telephone was broken, and the staff did not want to provide the extra beds (even though we had to pay for them). Overall, I was unsatisfied with this hotel.

| We rented 3 rooms for a Bachalerette Party Weekend to Cedar Point. The room I shared with my daughter had mold growing in the tile grout in the shower, hair on the walls of the shower and on the bathroom floor, towels that were paper thin and wash cloths that were a gray color instead of the white they were suppose to be. Our sheets were thin with holes all through them and there were several stains apparent on the comforter when I pulled it back. Our friend's ajoining room had only hand towels stocked in the room, no tissues, a bug in one of the beds and stains on the comforter. The 3rd room we rented had dirt in the bath tub, hair on the bathroom floor and on the shower walls.
