| Unless one is insistent on being near the Galleria, there is little incentive to pay the inflated rates here, when so many comparable properties in Houston are more reasonably priced, especially on non-business days. The hotel adds $8 (eight dollars) to park on their uncovered surface lot and whacks you $1 for each local call. The cooked breakfast was mundane, with tasteless syrup for the pancakes or waffles. The ambiance is pleasant enough, if you are prepared for an early morning confrontation with swan poop in the lobby pool.

| Our stay at the Embassy Suites was first-rate. We especially enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff, the cleanliness of the facility, the breakfasts and early evening Manager's Special, and use of the internet with printing capabilities(free of charge). This hotel has mastered the art of hospitality!

| I requested to change the bed & sofa bed sheets, hotel fail to do so. I marked all sheets. I believe the sofa bed sheet were never changed from the prior travelers. Should not charge parking fee.
