| Our stay was our most unsatisfactory hotel experience in more than a decade. The room was quite dirty -- filth in the tub, unclean carpets. The sheets were thread bare and the bottom sheet was unfitted and poorly made up.

| Stayed only one night, but upper three floors had been renovated and rooms were delightful and staff members were very pleasant. Cookies were great as well!

| No complaints. Everyone friendly. Even know we arrived to late. The kids got to use the pool for 45 minutes. Nice pool. The room was impressive. There was a restaurant/bar with a live singer. We didn't really get to enjoy that but we did get some to go food from the bar and it was great. The beds were comfortable and large nice room. Can't beat the price for that service.

| The hotel grounds offered lots of nicely landscaped "green space" to relax. But be sure to ask for a room away from the Interstate, which can be a bit noisy if you want to open your window.

| Small problem with cleaning staff, could not comunicate with them (language barrier), also had to mention twice about light being burned out and air conditioning not working. Otherwise beautiful view from window (mt. Garfield)

| This property has been an Adam's Mark, the Grand Junction Hotel and just recently changed to the Doubletree Hotel Grand Junction. The only "glitch" was that the reservations were made during the latest transition. The front desk clerk couldn't find the reservation at first. Good thing I had my "hard copy". After that, she was freting over the "already paid for" aspect. Instead of checking us in and then worrying about that later, she took approximately 20 minutes to find the "computer savvy" employee to help her. Could have been handled a little differently. Free Wi-Fi was a great bonus for those of us who have a hard time "disconnecting"....:)

| The Lobby was pretty, but once we got to the room, we had wished we had stayed at another hotel. It was not at all clean, and the toilet would not stop running. Since we checked in late, we did not complain, but will definately not go back

| The maid service was below average on this stay. Not enough towels for the two of us to bath and towel dry our hair. requested 2 packs of regular coffee and was left decaffeniated. Only left 1 coffee cup on the 2nd day. I have stayed here before and it was great so I do not know what happened this time.
