Very nice hotel: not too big, not too small. Lovely pool deck overlooking the base of the mountain. Impeccably clean rooms. The beds were heavenly. Great deep soaking tub in master bathroom (we had a 2 bedroom suite with full kitchenette and appliances). My only complaint was that the pool was icy cold. We would have preferred it to be heated. It was too cold to do anything more than take a 10 second dip. Otherwise, it was great and in a great location as well. We will go back again for sure.

Having stayed at Pan Pacifics in San Francisco and Vancouver, we were a little surprised by the more rugged nature of a ski resort hotel. Not a major criticism but not quite as we expected, fold up beds, etc. Very clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.

All the hotels in this area are in a clusster in the valley at the base of Whistler and Blackcomb mountain, so i think no matter which hotel you choose you will get a great view. The Pan Pacific Mountainside was very clean, had a wonderful and very helpful staff- willing and ready for any services/ solutions. We chose the studio valley view with a queen murphy bed, which was pretty comfortable; i only wish they offered a king!

This hotel is in an excellence location to the mountain and village. It is very tidy and the staff are excellent. The room has a full kitchen which is particularily helpful with children and those with dietary needs. I highly recommend this hotel for both a summer and winter visit.

The Pan Pacific Mountainside was almost everything I look for in such an accommodation. The atmosphere (literally) was fresh and clean, the room was well-furnished and comfortable, no outside noise intruded at nighttime, the staff was professional but friendly and always ready to answer questions or to provide recommendations. The downside to me was expensive in-hotel parking and expensive in-room internet connection.

This hotel is right next to the gondolas and there is a great rental store that is attached to the lobby of the hotel. The sport chalet locker that the hotel provides for our snow gear was excellent. The Irish pub in the hotel was cute and had a yummy stilton cheese appetitizer.

We were really impress with this hotel. My husband, son and I stay at a studio. The room looked like new. It had a little kitchen with everything you need, a queen side bed and a queen sofa bed. It also had a dining table for 4. The staff was so nice and helpful. It's located right on the village. They had the Talus ski and snowboard festival going on and we were able to see it right from the pool. They also have a little gym. The parking was $ 20 (Canadian) per night. I got a great price trough expedia and coudn't be more happy with this hotel.
