The managemant was very helpful, especially when a circuit breaker was thrown as we tried to use the iron and hairdryer at the same time. The pool is well maintained, but the surroundings were a bit marred by the work being done on the hotel. Also, the beds are not firm enough

We really enjoyed this hotel. Very nicely decorated rooms. Beautiful pool area with hot tub in open surroundings. My husband and I loved it there, but would definately take the kids there as well. Weekend rates were low enough to lead you to believe that this couldn't be as great of a hotel as it is. Be aware that week-day rates are notably higher, but may still be worth it for you. Well located near the highway, San Jose airport, and numerous strip malls in Sunnyvale

Great hotel for couples or families. We had our 3 year old grandson with us. Clean pool and whirlpool, nice breakfast. We had wonderful service from the staff. Only thing is no fridge in room - they look like a fridge but are "coolers" - don't use for milk. We stuck soft drink bottles in ice bucket. Close to a lot of restaurants and close to a lot of activities in San Jose and the entire bay area. Rooms are very quiet - there was a party in a nearby room, didn't hear anything when we closed our door. Very good rates and well worth it - it is a different place but clean and nice. We plan to return next summer.

great hotel. Swimming pool is not large of course, and free parking place may be close or not at all to the room, but everything else is great. Big clean room with everything necessary, good things on breakfast.
