| We were very impressed with every aspect of the hotel: the accomodations, the atmosphere, the helpfulness and welcoming response by all the staff. The maintenace person cleaning up the outside area was so proud of the property in his conversation with us. The reservation gentleman was most welcoming and charming, very specific in his directions to other places in the area, the attached restaurant provided a true delectible taste treat. Our room and bath were most inviting, putting it all together it made us feel like we were guests in the spacious, gracious home of close friends, rather than strangers paying for an impersonal room. All in all a very delightful experience. A place we will highly recommend! One of the special memories of our holliday. We will return if we are ever in the Kamploops area. It was a truly superb experience. Thank you.
