| Good location that will save you money outside of downtown. Free parking and nice rooms/beds. Getting to the hotel from the north can be difficult and frustrating.

| Staff was exceptionally helpful and polite. We needed directions and they printed out driving directions. Breakfast was very good in the restaurant and the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

| The indoor pool was 4 ft at the deepest and quite small. The hot tub was always crowded and the the whole pool area had lots of hair around. The pool water is salty instead of chlorine, leading to the general icky used feeling. The indoor pool was the main reason we choose this hotel. It was a letdown.

| Very clean, quiet, modern and comforable rooms. This hotel was very well managed and the staff were professional and very courteous. I will be back again the next time I am in Austin on business.

| This hotel was very clean and comfortable, very classy. Hotel staff very friendly and efficient. Not bothered early by room service, which has so often happened at other hotels. I would definitely recommend this place for it's great central location and atmosphere.
