| Great Security, gated and entrance required key. Breakfast buffet was varied and good. Limited toiletries supplied in room, minimal bed linens, otherwise, room was spacious. I had a problem with one of my phones the first day I was there that I reported and 2 days later, it still wasn't corrected. Lovely common areas.

| I overnight in Louisville 4 times a month and keeping forgetting these folks. I always get enticed by my priority club or honors points but at the end of the day this hotel is spotless, clean, convenient and the people are friendly. The only thing I do not like is the key card activated secure parking...but this is probably an advantage. BTW the breakfast is good and free
