| This was just like any other normal hotel. My mom and grandma raved about it's cleanliness, service and size though.

| We stayed at this hotel due to proximity of family. I could not get on the internet in my room because the wireless card they gave me was faulty and they did not have another to give me. I finally got another wireless card three days into the stay that worked. The manager did allow me to connect in the common breakfast room when I wanted, but it was not convenient. We came back to the room one night to find that the maid did not clean our room. We had to get the towels from the desk ourselves. The iron in our room was broken and we were asked to come to the desk for a new one. When we told them we weren't able to come to the desk, they were uncertain when they could deliver another iron. We also had to ask to have our coffee supplies replenished since the maid routinely forgot to do it.
