| I loved this hotel. Everyone on staff was helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and organized. The room was spacious and the bed was better than our bed at home. I can't wait to go back.

| We arrived in Anaheim after a long day in San Diego and 90 minute drive on the California freeways. Even though it was after to 11PM, we were greeted promptly by the hotel staff in the driveway and by the front desk (night audit)clerk. The hotel was sold out that night, but we had two rooms ready for us. The staff was apologetic that our second room was not connecting or adjacent as requested, but worked to get it on the same floor. The beds were wonderful, and the amenities were greatly appreciated by my wife.

| My family throughly enjoyed our room. We spent 5 days at Disney and 6 nights in our king suite. The shuttle was very convenient on corner of hotel. Friendly staff. Maid service was great. Bedding was so comfortable with lots of pillows. Starbucks right in the lobby. Big tv's and nice to have fridge. Big bathroom. There was a slight problem checking in, but hotel staff was very obliging and gave us a great room.

| Everything at this hotel worked as it should. The suite was large, comfortable and clean. The fitness facility was adecuate for a short stay. The front desk staff was helpful and on the ball. When we experienced a power shortage that affected the whole area, they contacted the manager of the local Target to supply flashlights for all the guests - after hours! Also, can't beat the location next to Disney and the Anaheim convention center. Overall - great job.

| During check in we were informed that continental breakfast was complimentary and were directed to their hotel resteraunt. The next morning we went down to enjoy our breakfast and half way through our selections we were confronted by a rude waitress and were informed that indeed it was not. In order to avoid a bigger scene we went ahead and payed thirty-somethind dollars for our "complimenery" breakfast. Other than that we were impressed with the size, comfort, and cleanliness of the room. It was well stocked with all the nessesities including extra blankets and down pillows.
