Before I had taken a step into the hotel all I thought of was the great pictures I had seen of it. Definetly, not the case. As I had taken the elevater up to my room there was a weird odor in the building. The room was damp and had a musty smell, like a basement. It disgusted me. The service was not impressive. After all, their tip was included, so in their mind they were probably thinking they didn't have to work for it. The pictures showed the beach looking so beautiful and trust me it is deceiving. The beach was just a fenced in area, that went out about 20ft. Save yourself the trouble, spend a little more, and get a much better hotel.

If they hotel staff could fix a few things, this hotel would not be that bad. They should fix the tiles in the pool b/c some were missing. The bathrooms in the room could be updated. It wasnt as nice looking as I thought it would be. The bed covers should be updated, I kept tripping on the strings hanging from it. It would be nice to have another restaurant to choose from. The Captains Table was a buffet, breakfast was good, but lunch and dinner could have been better. And it should have been open all the time. The food stopped at 10pm, it should have went unit 12am at least. You should have been able to get ice cream or drinks. I liked the little beach and hammocks. The pool was nice other than the missing tiles. The bar and grill was good. The reservation restaurant was good but they should change the menu every few days. There was a blackout for 8 hours. It kinda sucked that check in was at 4pm and check out was at 11am. I think it should be 3pm check in and 12 pm check out. If they have things planned, they should let the guests know by putting a list of events in their room everynight for the next day. Also they should have them start on time, we were waiting for a tour to start for a half hour.

I was very worried when I read some of the reviews about PI Harbour Resort. I just returned yesterday and I had a fabulous time! The people who work at the hotel are friendly and will do anything they can to make sure you have a good time. The drinks are never ending.. and strong! The food was good and plenty of selections. The pool area is fantastic, very big, lots of lounge chairs and it is kept very clean. As for the lagoon.... it is not a beach, but its a nice sandy area with access to the ocean. Great if you have kids.. you don't have to worry about them going out too far. The nightly entertainment was very "entertaining!" The karaoke nights were hilarious and the staff talent show was a blast! The rooms could use a little upkeep, but as far as the rest of the hotel, it is great! Be sure to check this one out for yourself. Well worth the money!!!!!

just got back from this hotel - what a rip-off. the place left a lot to be desired. most of the staff were very nice, but there were a few that seemed bored while doing there job. this site claims that this is a 3star hotel - no way. if this were a 3star would the plaque not be displayed? this should be rated and given a 1.5 star. just just a little word of advice - spend a little extra at another hotel - it will most definitely be worth it. as for the food - ugh.

The hotel was wonderful. All the employees were very helpful. I loved the fact that they had nightly activities in the lobby area. It was very relaxing and well worth the little amount of money it cost me. I would love to go back and visit!!!!
