| The hotel was run down and dirty. The elevator sounded like it was going to crash at any moment and the walls and floors in the elevator were filthy. The room was ok, except the shower and tub were nasty; the seam seals were cracked and broken with mold incrusted. The bed was as hard as a brick and extremly uncomfortable. The TV volume would not adjust loud enough to be heard over the heating and airconditioning unit. I called the front desk for assistance and was told that the repairman would come to my room and adjust the volume; he never showed up. The airconditioner stopped functioning during the night and the room overheated and was uncomfortable after taking a shower in the morning.
