| Poor staff and customer service. Lack of sensitivity to customer needs. Lack of knowledge and information regarding local services and simple directions to various locations. Cleanliness of room lack freshness - bedding and carpet.

| Breakfast seemed old / stale, some of the apples were rotting, and the cereal was soft. The hotel was clean, and staff was friendly.

| Hotel clerks did not reserve all three nights, only one. We had to get the room key card renewed every day. Bathroom not extremely clean first day. Coffee pot was not washed every day. Shampoo supplied but no creme rinse. Hallway door on side of first floor smelled of urine.
