Our room was immaculate and updated with plasma TV, a TV in the bath area which had granite counters, drawers for storage, huge shower and nice thick towels (bath robes too!). Room had new furniture, super plush bed and a big balcony w/a city view. Room also had a safe and mini-bar and was in a quiet location at the end of the hall just as I requested. Concierge and staff were very friendly and helpful. Short walk to local coffee shops, Rodeo Drive and a short drive to the Kodak and Chinese Theatre area. Quick drive to LAX (about 20 min) too. We would definitely stay here again on future trips.

This hotel was SPECTACULAR!! The accomodations were great. The only problem we had was the pricy restaurant in the hotel, but that's to be expected because of the quality of the place. Would love to go back~~~

The Beverlys Hotel was very cool, the people was so nice, everything looks clean and shine. Also, the room price was very good, but the prices for the bar stuff and food, specially the breakfast was to expenses.

This is my 3rd stay at the Beverly Hilton, and they have a guaranteed return visit from me. The beds truly are heavenly. The room has always been amazing (even when not the deluxe room). The robes, the toiletries and all the little touches makes one feel like a million bucks. The service is what's outstanding tho. They really go out of their way to accomadate with a smile. From the pool to room service, to the conceirge - this hotel offers the best! Not to mention the dining and ambience is by far the best value for the money (I've dined at both the Stardust and Trader Vics). Before I arrived, I worried it was all hype and just another old hotel - but the renvoations have made it well worth the stay. The location offers the feeling of a true get away. I've even gone as far as insisting my parents go for just one weekend. If you get the oppertunity - definitely try it out!

The staff are wonderful! Very friendly. The facilities are great. I have used the fitness center often on my trips and am always impressed with the care that is taken with everything. They just make you feel special. The location is outstanding. You can just walk out onto Wilshire Blvd and within a short walk are in the shopping district for Beverly Hills. Really there is no need for a taxi when the weather is nice. If you can get into the tower, the rooms are slightly nicer and you can have a balcony if that is to your liking. The interior units can be noisier than the exterior units. There are always functions of some kind there on a Saturday night, so be prepared. This last trip I was in the middle of a prom from the local high school, but it was not so inconvenient. The noise always stops before midnight. The down side.....You have to pay daily for internet service at $9.95 a day. I still cannot believe that a great hotel still does this, but I like it so much I still go back. The room service coffee used to be terrible, but now much better since they switched to Starbucks machines and coffee. Oh and be prepared that everyone in lobby scopes everyone else out to see if they are a celebrity. I experience this in the restaurants in the shopping district as well...It is always good for a laugh, so wear you dark sunglasses.

Property has been beautifully updated for its 50th anniversary in a luxurious but unstuffy design combination of art deco, mid-century, and up-to-the-minute modern; the result is a sexy yet business-appropriate atmosphere. Property location is second to none.

The Beverly Hilton is a great hotel to stay in Los Angeles. It is an excellent location for all the places in Beverly Hills and Hollywood. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to get the Beverly Hills experience. We were able to run from the hotel in the morning. They also provided complimentary shuttle (BMW 745il) to restaurants in the immediate area.

I expect from a name like Hilton to be much better. On one of the days of my visit the room was not cleaned until my return at 6 o'clock in the evening although I had left by 9 o'clock in the morning. At the end of my stay I found that a very big bill was added to my room which was not mine. Overall, I expected a far better service than that.
