| The desk clerk was first apologetic, then gracious as she found a room for us, even though it was early. I requested and got extra towels right away, but later requested extra blankets (at 4 PM), and a Security Guard knocked on the door with them at 11 PM!! We had been to been long before. Also, stopping the breakfast at 9 AM is far too early.

| Very comfortable beds! The staff was friendly and helpful and the room had everything I needed to make it useful while there on business.
