| Very friendly and helpful management. Breakfast could improve with more choices. Route to the breakfast table should improve. Gym could have more facilities. Free internet access should be provided. Free shuttle services too could be added to the guests convenience.

| For a hotel with all the basics covered, we'd recommend this one. It was clean, quiet, and well-located. No frills, but a comfortable stay.

| The lobby of this hotel is very shabby. It'like the hotels you see on TV cop shows that rent rooms by the hour. The room I had vas very small and looked out on a dirty roof right out side the window. The only thing good I can say is that I only had to stay there one night.

| Eight of us stayed for a conference held at the Midway convention center. It is a pleasant one block walk to the convention center. A full breakfast menu is available in a very pleasant breakfast room. There are many choices for dining in walking distance. The lovely river walk is close by. All hotel employees were very friendly and helpful. Some of us experienced discomfort with mattresses- super firm, coils pressing through. Also when we arrived on Saturday afternoon of a very busy weekend two of our rooms were not ready until close to six pm.

| The hotel was located in the heart of downtown and was within walking distance to about everything but the Miller Brewery. The hotel is older and you can tell.

| This hotel has seen better days. It was sad to be surrounded by nice hotels in the rejunvinating downtown Milwaukee. While the location was convenient - heart of downtown, walking distance to the river, the art museum and Lake Michigan - the overall quality was shabby. Before I fully checked in, I needed to send a document from my computer via email. The desk clerk told me there wasn't a way to do that from their hotel and didn't know where I could do it. I carried my bags two blocks to the Starbucks, paid for their web access, then came back to check in and find a sign in my room announcing their free wireless internet access. Bummer. My room didn't latch properly so that I couldn't lock the door when I left. The maintenance crew responded right away, but it remained touchy and required extra vigilence to make sure it worked.
