Overall, a very nice boutique hotel. Their designated beach area is a little tight and the beach/pool bar prices are too high.

The beach and pool attendants, the front desk, and the housekeeping attendants were great. The hotel was beautiful and very comfortable for a relaxing vacation. The food service staff is average for the required gratuity included on all checks. It is still the best on the island and a great location as well.

This resort is excellent! The staff could not do enough for you. They paid attention to every detail. The outdoor pool and the beach were awesome as well. We really enjoyed the "sorbet" every afternoon around 3pm. What a nice treat! At night the turn down service was nice to come back to with soft music playing, bed turned down, robes out on the bed and a bottle of water on each nightstand. We will definetly return again just wished it was sooner rather than later. Highly recommended place to stay.

My stay at Marco Beach was fantastic! The hotel is beautiful, and their service shines high above the rest. Food is on the expensive side, and the in-hotel restruant is a formal one. However, Marco Island has some great spots to eat, so you can compromise. The beach is great, and is right on the hotel. At 3 o'clock, they serve complimentry sorbet. Over all, it is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in!

From the minute that we arrived, we received fantastic service. From the valet expecting us to checking in. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. When we had questions the concierge knew what she was doing and guiding us in the right direction.

Very nice resort. Our room had a small balcony with gulf view. Had all the amenities you would expect in a nice resort. Wish there had been a casual restaurant. Only restaurant was formal and it was booked so we had to eat elsewhere (note: book in advance.) Still, it would have been nice to have a casual venue on the ocean. We had room service on the balcony at sunset on evening - very nice. Although we didn't cook, we used the refrigerator in the kitchenette. You could certainly cook if you wanted. Admittedly, we are not so much into the spa life, so much of that was wasted on us, but the hotel was very upscale and well managed.
