| Nice hotel with very friendly staff. The pool is large and great for kids. Close to shopping and dining. The room was very clean. I would definately stay here again!

| I had my son with me and we specifically searched for a pool so he could swim. The pool was 55 degrees because it was broken, and the sign outside still read 'heated pool' on it. The maid came into our room when we were at breakfast and left the beds stripped with blankets and bedspreads on the floor, even though the 'do not disturb' sign was in place. There was a hair that didn't belong to us in the shower, and the pillow cases were either stained or dirty. The front desk clerk's hygiene when we checked in was quite poor.
