| I enjoyed my stay at Sunshine Homes. It is better than staying at my timeshare unit and a lot more practical. Just make sure that you find out if you are getting a home or a condo and what floor is your unit because you will be going a lot of stairs with heavy luggage and no elevator.

| Clean, spacious and we enjoyed all the convenience this facility provided. Have fun in the pool with my son, we actually had more rooms than what we needed. Best stay so far in Orlando and will definitely come back next time. Can't imagine how we can stay at a regular hotel again.

| This was definitely the way to go! We have two small children and their routines were not interrupted because they could each go into their own room at bed/nap time. We loved the pool! I would definitely go back.

| It was a pleasant stay. Clean, quiet, spacious. But there was cleaning fee $69.00, that was not expected. Close to the Disney. Very nice.

| We picked a condo with a pool which was covered over so we couldn't use it. We've stayed at Villas before and been extremely pleased with their condition etc., However, this particular one seemed to have been furnished very cheaply and wasn't overly comfortable. Thankfully we were only there for 3 days, any longer and we wouldn't have been pleased.

| One of the nicest houses....great decor, all u need for your stay and more. Groceries, liquor store, restaurants, etc are 5 min away. 10-15 min to any Disney park (in May) We loved it.

| I rented the 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom house, it was very clean and perfect for a family or large gathering. You'll especially enjoy your own private pool. The only downside is you have to take your own garbage outside, but it's not such a big deal.

| This is a large home in a residential area not far from the major theme parks'main gates. The house was new and clean but I tend to like a hotel where you have 24 hour service and possibly a place to buy food/water etc without having to drive. I think it would be great for a large family gathering or group of friends. Plenty of room but bring your own toilet tissue, soap, trash bags and you have to take out your own trash even though they charge $112.00 for "cleaning" if you stay less than 5 nites. Towels, kitchen gear and linens are all included. Very nice garage complete with pool table and foozball.
