Complimentary scheduled shuttle service to Woodfield Mall is offered in the evening Monday-Friday, and up to four times daily on weekends. | There are very few hotel beds that will allow me to have a good night's sleep. The Sheraton's bed is definitely one of those that will allow me to sleep the first night without 3 days of adjustment. The industial style toilets leave a little to be desired, but can be lived with.

| This is a great hotel, but the pool area needs work. Luckily they are building a water park right next door. Fitness room was excellant with plenty of machines.

| This hotel is all about guest satisfaction! The rooms and general hotel atmosphere were very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and will go back when I visit the Chicago area.

| Pillowtop mattresses are on all the beds. Room service was prompt and efficient and breakfast was great!

| Just one example. My room did not have a refrigerator. I talked to the receptionists and they said they gonna put one for me and would charge me $15 extra/day to which I agreed. Neither did they put one for me (even if I kept reminding them) nor did any body apologized to me later.

| I found this to be a wonderful place to stay. I appreciate the sleigh beds and "cushey" duvet, the free bottle of water and spaciousness. I had stayed here before and will definitely be coming back.

| The hotel was very niced. Perfectly located next to Arlington Race Track. Certain rooms offer view of the track from your window. Nice sports bar. Gym was in basement, cramped and dirty..but did the trick in a pinch. Pool was inside, very muggy...and just not inviting. I was upgraded to the Prefered floor, which was great. Rent a car. Much more convenient to get around.

| It could have been a better experience if it is a little more personel. Make sure you need to check the price of all the services. No complementary internet at the rooms. Complementary internet available in the hotel lobby
