Wireless Internet access is available in the lobby and mezzanine for a fee. Amenity highlights: On the hotel's lower level is a flower shop, dentist’s office, currency exchange, women’s clothing shop, drugstore, and an athletic club, where guests have discounted access. | Great location and surprisingly chic design. Check-in was long and lobby staff somewhat incompetent. Otherwise, a great stay if you need to be at the airport.

| The hotel is a great convenience, but it is a pleasant hotel, not noisy at all, despite being right in the middle of a major airport. The hotel is well appointed, well maintained, and the staff were quite nice to deal with. That said, a real annoyance is getting to the hotel, which one would think would be very easy. But signage is not good, various corridors can be closed, one is invited to go considerable distances to get to escalators or elevators to go down to long tunnels under the street when one can simply walk across (if on is at Terminal 2). Trying to manage heavy bags, some hand luggage, a book or paper, and so on and still get to the hotel without being frazzled is by no means easy. But I have stayed at the hotel a number of times over a good many years, and it is the best airport hotel in the US that I have ever used.

| I stayed for one night whilst wrestling jet-lag and some late nights at a convention. I arrived at 2pm and went to bed immediately. The curtains are thick and allowed me to black-out the room. Wired internet was fast, but paying these rates for a hotel room, I think it should be complimentary Big mini-bar in the room with a lot of choice Didn't use the restaurant.

| This is a great hotel for convenience - I would stay there again. It is LOUD until 2A - planes, vehicles and construction.

| Simply because it is *in* the Airport. No shuttles to take, you take the elevator to the lower level an walk into the terminal. No fuss, no muss. And hey, its a Hilton. Very comfortable.

| The staff was attentive and pleasant. I really appreciated the self-service kiosks for checking in and out and for printing boarding passes for several airlines. Although the hotel is connected to the airport by a walkway, it's a long walk, but they have a shuttle if you prefer to ride. The room was very well appointed, the beds were comfortable and the recliner was a nice touch. My only caveat is that once inside, the food prices are high and the hourly plan for Wi-Fi is a little misleading since even if you log out the time continues to run.

| This is a convenient hotel, but I think it really needs to be upgraded on its premises, it looks old fashioned.
