| I liked the hotel, particularly the special executive room for executives. It needs other two internet computers on the sixth and fifth floors. We do not travel with portable computers any more. I strongly recommend be prepared for business passengers coming from a 13 hours trip from Chile. Offering the health club is not enough, we needed a room to rest and sleep and have to wait with my wife from 5.30 AM to 1.30 PM, otherwise the hotel is fine and the free shuttle bus is a great advantage to visit Auckland.

| Staff ranged from overbearing and downright mean to very nice. Room reasonably clean but only after I complained. Restaurant is mediocre at best and would recommend against eating there. Workout facility better than most hotels. Location within walking distance to parks and shopping

| Lovely hotel for a very reasonable price. A bit off the beaten path to walk downtown, but the shuttle service was excellent. Close to museum and K-road also a plus. Would definitely stay there again on return to Auckland.

| This hotel looks much better on the inside than the outside. The lobby is quite lavish. I understand the restaurant is about the best in town, but unfortunately I didn't get to eat there because it is closed on Sunday.

| The Langham Hotel was a very comfortable base. The staff and service were excellent. Found everyone most helpful. Look forward to a return trip.

| Property is what you would expect for city. It is a little removed from the center of town and a bit difficult to walk to major attractions or shopping. Hotel staff especically front desk I found to be a bit abbrasive and non-accomodating. The concerieg staff was amazing!Hotel room was a bit shabby. It was dark, a few lights didn't work, and I was placed close to a construction area. Was not happy with that service.
