| Mildew around the bath tub. Floors hadn't been shampooed in a LONG time. I was not impressed.

| This motel is in need of repairs and looks old and dingy. We would not recommend it...unless you want a cheap place to stay. The first day we were there the room was clean and orderly, after that the maids did not clean well nor did they replenish the coffee, shampoo etc.

| The hotel is showing it's age but was clean and the staff was courteous. My room was clean; however, the rug was well-worn. Along with the customary coffee pot, iron & ironing board there was a small microwave and refrigerator. The continental breakfast was adequate with cold cereal, muffins, bagels, etc. There was a small "store" open 24 hours/day which I didn't utilize. The outdoor pool had not been opened for the season. It is located right off I-70 but I didn't notice any highway noise. There are several restaurants within a short distance. If you don't plan to spend a lot of time in your room, this motel is quite satisfactory; however, if you are going to be hanging around you might want to spend a little more for something nicer.

| For the price and the purpose, ie: a bed, shower and breakfast, it was okay. We were in the area for a Fastpitch softball tournament. All we needed was a place to sleep & shower. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.

| Motel is located off I-70 between two exits that offer great shopping and resturants. It is also reasonbly priced. Staff has always been very pleasant and helpful. Stayed several times.

| This is the only place I stay when I go to Denver. It's a very nice, clean, motel. The people go out of their way to make sure everything is provided. Last time I was a bit disappointed when I got to the room, I called the front desk and they fixed what I asked for within 10 minutes. Just can't get any better.
