| Arrived at the hotel at 2pm. Was told that we room wasn't ready but had a guaranteed checkin at 3pm. Went to the outdoor cafe for lunch... service was very very slow... food was OK but not great. At 3:20 went to get room... still not ready. We finally came back after 4 and the room was ready but there was no acknowledgement on their part of not having the room ready on time. Just poor customer service throughout.

| We really like staying here. We feel pampered, the setting is beautiful, amenities are excellent, great dining, and the owner has 3 other hotel properties in Niagra on the Lake, 2 have spas, and guests at any of these hotels, can use the facilities at all the others, and simply sign their room number for all charges. There is a free shuttle between hotels, and the location is great. Also,for those who enjoy the theater, this town is the home of the Shaw Festival, whose theaters are quite near The Queen's Landing Hotel.
