| vending machine sold out and didnt return full amount deposited, could not access internet from bussiness center yet charged .69/min, difficulty finding parking, sourorange juice in room service breakfast.

| Hotel Service is really bad, bathroom smelled was horrible, and if you request anything they will tell you they will do it and they don't...I have been to so many hotels but this is the worst ever, I wouldn't recomend this hotel to anybody.

| Recently remodeled rooms done beautifully. How many hotels offer you a HUGE screen Plasma TV on the wall. This one did with ALL the channels. The beds were WONDERFUL, the bedding very comfortable. Large bathroom. I could have stayed MUCH longer. AND...all at a very reasonable rate. It will be my choice next visit.

| I thought the hotel staff was very helpful from the time of our check-in until check-out. The chocolate chip cookies made the stay for some of my guest that traveled with me.

| I was so excited to stay at a doubletree hotel again, i had fantastic service and expected the same room cleanliness as I had before, but that wasn't the case, everyone was as nice as could be, they have a really good staff but the bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been. That is always a big issue with me. I would definitely stay here again, but I would take along some lysol too.

| Doubletree hotel in Elizabeth is a good option if going to New York for a small trip. It's close to the airport, with a pick-up service that make easy to reach it and nice rooms where you can relax from New York city madness. The only disadvantage for the funs of the Big Apple is that it takes a while to get to Manhattan (1 hour).

| very satisfied in both location and 24 hours shuttle to airport from there we can catch any Bus/Transit system to anywhere. Lots of restaurents/fastfood places in the airport too.

| I dont recomend this hotel. You would only like to stay there because you have connection flight or your flight got cancel This type of hotel i expect have continental breakfast including the room price.
