| The hotel accomodations were great and perfectly located for getting to Dulles. The staff, on the other hand, were mediocre at best. The front desk personnel were very uninterested.

| I only stayed at the hotel for one night, but I found it to be a very pleasant night. The hotel concierge was most helpful and was eager to assist me. He arranged for the hotel shuttle to drop me off at another hotel in the morning when it is not their policy and got me a taxi when I needed one. Room was very nice and comfortable!

| Liked the room and the queen beds were really nice. Hotel staff (front desk primarily) didn't seem to have a good grasp of things - had booked a nonsmoking room and tried to put us in a smoking room, on complaint they moved us and blamed Expedia for the mix up but my reciept clearly indicated a nonsmoking room. Asked about information that was left in the room for guests but front desk didn't seem to know about it or could not answer questions. Some maintenance issues seen in the room the bathroom door stuck on the door frame and there was a little mildew on the shower curtain.

| This is a great place to stay. The rooms are clean. The bathroom is large. The beds are extremely comfortable. The personnel are very helpful. One nice gentleman even offered to carry my luggage for me. It is a little difficult to find, tucked behind a shopping plaza. My only complaint was that there are 2 computers in their "business center" and 1 was not working. This made it difficult to get any computer time. The breakfast was the usual fare, but the dining room was large enough. I would definately stay here again.

| We were arriving at Dulles Airport late at night and leaving early the next morning, so all we wanted was someplace clean, convenient and not overly expensive. The Comfort Suites met our needs very well. The hotel was very clean and quiet, providing a comfortable night's sleep in a no frills environment.
