| This is a great hotel to stay at if you're going to do the Panama Canal Transit. It is right on the Amador Parkway and the new restaurants and near a Marina.Great view from your window.

| Arrived at the hotel and upgraded our room to a Canal view. It was wonderful. At first, we felt we were a bit removed from Panama City, but later found out we were only 10 minutes away by cab. The Causeway is great for walking and there are a lot of nice resturants in the area. The Balboa Yacht Club which is about 200 yards away is a nice place to get a beer. Armando, who works at the front desk was helpful and charming.

| Panama..a great place to visit. This hotel...a Disaster!! to sum up the hotel: Rude service, tiny rooms, terrible views, no running water (no shower, no flushing toilette), smells of sulphur, etc... If you want a third world hotel at first world rates then this is the place to stay. Otherwise, trust me, if you are taking the expense and effort to travel all the way to Panama, just spend the extra $10-$20 dollars and stay somewhere nice; you'll be glad you did.

| The location was nice and safe, though isolated - no restaurants or shops within walking distance. Pool was wonderful, as was the breakfast buffet. Porter staff was great, desk staff could have been more helpful and available. There was no hotel information in the room nor any info regarding sight seeing or nearby amenities. We met a great taxi driver here who really helped us explore the city. Conclusion: nice place to stay but don't expect much from the staff - and get a room on the canal side.

| A very reasonable hotel for people who dont whant to be in the city but prefer to be close to the canal. From the hotel you can see boats entering / leaving the canal as they are only 500m away. Has wifi.

| This is right on the canal and you can see the ships coming and going under the Bridge of Americas. It is very close to the new marina area with great restaurants and bars, and not a very long drive from downtown. The pool and service were great as well.

| A nice hotel, but not the best location if your goal is to see the town. It is convenient to the domestic (Albrook) airport however. We couldn't get one, but the rooms that look toward the canal would be preferable.

| This hotel had a beautiful Panama Canal view. It was very quiet and the rooms were comfortable. The pool wasn't as big as I had hoped, but it is open 24 hours a day. The staff is very accomodating and the mini bar is cheap. You can find good taxi cab drivers out front and the trips down the Amador Causeway are around $7. Panama City is a beautiful city and Panama is a beautiful country.
