| Pretty good place to stay. Staff was very friendly. Unfortunately power went out for 3 hours - but also affected several miles surrounding hotel. Great breakfast.

| This hotel is not in the best area of the city, although it seemed pretty secure (locked gates-no access to property without room key). Some gates however, were observed propped open. Was not given the king room I requested, and was told it was because I booked online. Has a view of roof duct work out one window, and a brick wall out the other. Had to switch rooms 3 times before we were finally able to settle in, but ended up with 2 double beds. Air conditioning not working well-room was very warm. Lots of kids, very loud in courtyard. Also a wedding that night, so a lot of activity. No extra deadbolt on room door. Breakfast was very good, and close to airport, so logistically it worked, but would not choose this hotel again.

| Had three business trips in June to Phoenix. After the first stay, I booked this hotel for the consecutive stays and was very satisfied. Hotel grounds are very pleasant, rooms are nice, service consistently high. Location is not walking distance to much of anything, which is the only downside to this hotel. Hotel has great complimentary breakfast and evening social hours. In addition, I often had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which I don't think I have ever done before. The next time Phoenix is my destination, I'll be back at this hotel.

| The suites were clean and spacious. Having two TVs per suite (one in the bedroom area and one in the sitting room area) was great. The hotel staff were especially accommodating. Shuttle service was provided not only to and from the airport but to and from nearby restaurants. The grounds and pool are beautiful; the complementary cooked-to-order breakfast was wonderful. I highly recommend.

| We liked this hotel. The staff is extremely nice and the rooms are good. The bathrooms are very small but that was O.K. Our only negative would be that the hotel was full the whole week we were there so the breakfast line took at least 20 minutes each day. They aren't set up with food islands like many hotels so you just had to stand in line for any hot food.

| Very clean rooms and excellent service. We loved the free made to order breakfast. We had a problem with some other guests at the hotel, we spoke to the staff and they immediately took care of the situation. We would definitely go there again. Overall Satisfaction A+++++++++++
