| Very nice staff, all questions answered, if using the delivery food service would recommend calling ahead an hour before your ready to eat, the hotel room service was great. Had a great time.

| Our experience at the Courtyard Crystal City by Marriot was wonderful. As tourists coming to the city, we were very confused. All workers at the hotel were very helpful to us and assisted us with a pleasant attitude. They made arrangements and gave us any additional information that we requested. This positive atmosphere that we encountered was very impressive. We truly appreciated their help.

| Came in late after a horrid cross-country flight, and the folks here treated me with great kindness and care. From the shuttle driver to the front desk to the restaurant, everyone gave excellent service. The room was clean, the furniture was in great shape, the bed was comfortable, and the entire hotel was in great shape and felt good.

| Terrific value and a very nice hotel. Upscale comfy bedding, great location (we had a car - $12 self parking fee was a bargain). We'll go back!

| While the accomodations were extremely clean and comfortable, the service at the front desk was frustrating. It took a while for someone to speak to you even when nobody else was around. It took way too long to get an airport shutte: we were told no longer than 20 minutes and planned on that and it took 43 minutes. I am a fairly low-maintenance traveler, so I would rate the hotel a 7 out of 10 and would recommend it. The price and convenience really can't be beat in that market.

| not fancy which is fine and I wouldn't call the lobby cozy, but the restaurant/bar was still serving when I got in and the bed was a bed. Interestingly, if you make the reservation by phone you'll be asked if you want a feather of foam pillow.
