| The hotel was great and in a fantastic location connected to an amazing mall and near to all the restaurants and malls on Bukit Bintang. The staff were extremely courteous and friendly and the overall service was excellent. Had a great time and would definitely stay in the same hotel if ever in KL again.

| Very good location and service but we had problem with the charges of KL train service. I was charged RM30 more than previously arranged at the airport. Overall, excellent staff.

| everything about this hotel was wonderful! the staff are great and the food and drinks were great too,liked the gym (need to add a few more weights) also liked The Makan shops across the road! if we come back to malaysia ..its this hotel we will stay!

| This is a very nice place to stay. The hotel is not the biggest or flashest in the city- which is part of its charm. The butlers on each floor add a very nice personal touch- adept at coffee service as much as setting up your in-room internet connection. Nice breakfast options- I particularly liked the continental breakfast on the top floor. Location was good as well- close to all the shopping and dining action. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
