| This hotel is in an older section of Phoenix. The pool was great on a 110 degree day. The air conditioner was noisy but worked well. For the money it was worth staying here.

| Although, the staff was friendly and accomadating, the state of the rooms was a different story. The carpet was stained and filthy. I was afraid to walk around with my shoes off. As soon as we walked in the room, it had a bad smell and the bathroom was worse.

| I have never been so scared to walk around in a hotel room in my bare feet as I did in this hotel. The carpet was stained, filty, felt sticky to my feet so much so that I ended up wearing my socks all the time I was in the room. When I went to bed, I removed the socks and put them back on in the morning. After showering, I ended up putting the extra towels on the floor so I could walk around until I put my shoes on. The lights over the bed didn't work and the TV remote was missing the battery cover and wouldn't work unless you held it a certain way. I was very disapppointed as Red Roof Inn's are usually much nicer to stay in. This place definately needed a lot of repairs.

| It is conveniently located for many attractions. It is an older "no frills" place to stay, but clean & adequate.
