This Doubletree offers a business center (key access) with self-service computer (high-speed Internet access available with surcharge), printer, fax machine, and phone. The second floor houses a fitness center with mirrors, treadmill, elliptical machine, stair machine, stationary bike, universal/free weights, scale, water cooler, and several TVs—towels are provided, too. There is also a gift shop onsite, and coin-op machines dispense everything form DVDs to toothpaste. Outside, a courtyard between the two hotel towers offers benches and tables. Free chocolate chip cookies are offered at check-in. Complimentary shuttle service is offered to/from downtown Burlingame's shopping district. It is also offered to the SFO airport, every 20 minutes.
