| If you needed anything, you were expected to go to the lobby; this was a pain because the buildings are laid out over a wide area. When the rooms were cleaned the maid didn't take out the trash nor did they vacuum. When we first arrived, we didn't even have towels!

| My husband and I stayed at this hotel one Friday night in August. It was ok, nothing great, nothing bad. The room was quiet and not as uncomfortable to me as when I first saw it being so far away from the main lobby. This hotel has several free standing buildings within walking distance to the main lobby but I wouldn't do it in the dark alone. The pool and bar was nice. If you are looking for a place on the beach where you can walk the beach, play on the beach, stretch out on the beach, this is not the place. There is a huge barrier of rocks between the water's edge and the land to prevent erosion. If you want the normal kind of beach you must walk or drive somewhere else on the island.

| Noisy, no insulation between rooms. Can hear every footstep from room above. Stained carpet, stained sofa, stained bathtub. In a single word, yuck.

| Our room (2nd floor) appeared to have had water damage. There were large construction dumpsters out front and the entire place smelled like mold. The paint was peeling from the walls and there was visible water damage. The next day we wasted much of the morning moving to a new room without so much as an apology. The new room was much better, more like what we expected from a three star hotel, but still nothing special.

| The room was dirty. Trash was not emptied from previous occupant. TV didn't work. The girl who checked us in was much more interested in her phone conversation with a friend than getting us checked in. I asked for a renovated room, she said all rooms had been renovated. Well, they hadn't. Very unhappy with this place. And P.S. - do NOT eat at the restaraunt! Way overpriced. The $28 steak was full of grissle....

| The exterior was quite attractive. However it hid the problems of the hotel. One of the beds in the room collapsed, maid service NEVER came to clean the room. Friendly staff, but completely inattentive to the condition of rooms. During checkout, other guests complained about condtions of the their rooms. This isn't just an isolated incident... this hotel is very poor.
