| I have staryed in the Metropolitan Palace several times. It is a very well run, and clean hotel. It serves a diverse and varied clientele with amazing grace and excellent customer service. It has a range of dining venues that are well run and serve excellent food. There are also a variety shops accessible from just offf the main lobby area. The hotel is centrally located in the main business district, with close access to the airport, sightseeing, and the gold and spice souks.

| Beds really hard and not comfy at all. Good space in room and rest of the hotel. SLow service at reception. Nice food and good service in restaurant.

| I've been to Dubai before and stayed at hotels in the Jumeirah Beach area that were great for enjoying the Gulf. My focus was on business meetings downtown and the location worked out well. The hotel's executive floors offer a quiet and well appointed environment. The rooftop pool was popular and a great way to relax. Both room service and meals in the hotel were excellent. The staff was attentive and professional.

| The hotel is well-furnished with large rooms and a comfortable lobby. The swimming pool on the roof offers excellent views of the city. The staff was very kind and helpful. The one restaurant that I ate in had excellent food and fast service.
