| This is the best hotel I have stayed at in a long time. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, our room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was comfortable. When I travel to this area again, I will definitely be staying at the Pear Tree Inn.

| This hotel is great for the traveling business person. There is a happy hour every weekday from 5:30-7 with free drinks and the continential breakfast is filled with good things to eat. The room was very clean and maintained. Overall this was a great place to stay!

| For the money, you can't beat this hotel. I stay here every time I go to Overland Park. The beds are excellent and the rooms are very comfortable (although the decor is definitely a bit dated). Very convenient to everything in Overland Park.

| We are always looking for a great place to stay in Kansas City. This hotel had everything we needed; great location, clean rooms, and low prices. They offer a free breakfast with "make your own" waffles. I could smell them cooking from my room! Yummy! One day, we chose to eat at the Panera Bakery across the street. The area of the hotel is very nice, it is a professional park with office buildings. We plan on booking here next year.

| We stayed at the Pear Tree for a convention nearby. It was convenient as well as nicely renovated and maintained. The beds could have been more comfortable (of course...compared to hotels for twice as much money), but for the price the room was GREAT overall. The continental breakfast was about what was expected...not hot breakfast, but a nice variety of cereals, fruit, yogurt and toasting items.
