| Checking my daughter into IU graduate school so we decided to stay at this hotel. They were so nice we stayed an extra day. Comfortable bed, clean room and plenty of towels. They also provided an in room coffee maker, supplies of soap, shampoo, and a hair blower.Powerful AC for over 100 degree days was appreciated. Add free danish ,hot coffee and orange juice in the morning .What more can you ask for? ...How about very reasonable rates and a very friendly staff! We will definitely be back soon. PS They are installing all new carpet soon.

| The hotel was in a very convenient location. One can walk to the mall, restaurants, IU Campus, the gym, the movies, etc. The room was a decent size, the air conditioner worked well and the staff was friendly. It was also quiet so getting rest was not a problem. Unfortunately, I had asked for non-smoking room and received a smoking room that smelled like cigarrettes. The rug felt moist and sticky from the sanitizing spray they put on it. They advertised that irons and ironing boards are provided but they only have 2 irons for the whole place. The walls were dirty and things needed fixing. Breakfast was just coffee, orange juice and danish. I think that the rooms were overpriced for the quality received.

| It was listed as an Expedia Pick, but was not particularly clean, needed updating (towels and linens were worn), AND while I had booked a non-smoking room, none was available when I arrived. There are much better options available in the same price range in Bloomington, and I would not stay at this place again.

| I've stayed there several times. The rooms are fairly large and comfortable. Most recently, though, I got a room that had an extremely noisy air conditioner and the TV remote did not work-it apparently needed batteries. These were minor problems, although if it had been hot I would have asked for another room because the AC noise would have kept one awake. I'm sure I could have obtained new batteries from the office had I chosen to do so. I will stay there again, as it really is a good value for the price.
