| Good part was that the room was clean and access to the hotel/freeway was reasonably good. On the negative side, the indoor pool was freezing cold and didn't open until 10am. The complimentary breakfast (6-9am) ran out of food at 8:20 and the eating area was a mess. The housekeeping staff told customers that cleaning the area that getting more food or cleaning the breakfast area "wasn't their job". Then our toilet clogged and the crack housekeeping staff couldn't even find a plunger. This place needs a total revamping of staff.

| The workout room was in poor condition and has very little equipment. The pool was closed due to some chemical imbalance problem. The room was stained. A brand new shirt was ruined at checkin because they handed me a pen which was badly leaking ink to sign in with and ink got all over my shirt. They front desk manager who took my shirt to the dry cleaners did not show up for work the next few days. I have never heard seen my shirt or heard back from the hotel since. The afternoon clerk appeared to try hard to help me. However it is obvious the hotel management does not place there customers in very high regard or someone would have responded in the last few weeks to my complaint.
