| I made the arrangements to stay at this Resort style hotel because all the reviews were great. I must agree to the fullest extent that is as awsome as described. The prices are compareable to the hotels on the strip, but you do not have the roudy crowds like the strip. All the staff were polite and the concierge was very helpful in booking some shows for me. The rooms are clean, service is great, and the beds are comfortable. I would definately recommend to stay at this hotel. One last thing, the higher the floor your room is in, the better the view.

| We just got back from a weekend in Vegas, and w tried the Green Valley Ranch. It was the first time we did not stay on the strip and we were not sure how we would like it. This is an amazing hotel. Very clean and modern, the staff was the best I ahve encountered and the crowds I am use to seeing at strip hotels did not exist. The casino did get crowded on Saturday night, but the pool was not crowded the whole stay. The tables always had room and we saw $5 tables. I give this location my highest rating !

| We arrived on 6/30 at 10:30 a.m. we were able to check in right away. How convient this was. Everyone from the valets, front desk were exceptionally nice and treated us as if we were special. The room was exceptional, down pillows and comforter. We experienced no HIDDEN charges as we read in other reviews. They do charge $19.99 a day plus tax chsrge for facility uses ? But this was not hidden it was explained at check in.All staff greets you with a smile and ask if there is anything they could help us with."very nice"All the resturants were very good, We ate at Hanks, Grand Cafe And the Italian place, did not eat at the buffet as lines were HUGE.I did not enjoy the gaming tables as the dealers were not very friendly or personable.Won $1000 on a slot machine and I'm not a slot player. We did spend over $250 on taxis but was worth it as I would not attempt to drive in this town and you never wait for a taxi, always one available. The shuttle is not very accomidating with the hours it runs to the strip,It does not start until 1:00 P.M. on the weekends. As always atay away from the in room mini bar, prices are listed though so there is no sticker shock at check out. Great Stay !

| This is a beautiful hotel with many amenities; however, we had a number of minor problems. They had events scheduled in the pool area almost every day we were there. The majority of the area was unusable for sun bathers one day and they spent two hours cutting grass, moving the few chairs that wwere up all over. Also, there was a loud, grinding noise at 6:30am 3 of the 5 days were we there.(we were later told that it was a water pipr problem). We called down two days and finally we asked to be moved. We were told that it would be taken care of immediately, so we should not need to move. No manager appologized or acknowledged the problem or even offered to move us when we requested it. I loved the amenities and most people were nice, but nothing special.

| This hotel is amazing, the staff is very friendly from the front desk to the landscapers, everyone is friendly and helpful. Everything you need is here, why go to the strip. The spa has a great atmosphere and everyone that works there is fantastic. The treatments are worth every penny, and you feel wonderful. If you really want to relax, then stay here. I have stayed on the strip, from now on I am staying here.

| Booked this hotel with little expectations considering the great deal I got. To my surprise it was the best experience overall that I have had in Las Vegas. Except for a foul odor that came from our bathroom, which was taken care of immediately after notifying it, everything was great. The room was very nicely decorated, although a little small. The casino was at no point over crowded like the ones in The Strip. Great family-friendly Restaurants like Elephant Bar, PF Changs, Cheesecake Factory, Il Fornaio, a 24 hour gourmet pizzeria, and others were within walking distance. My wife also enjoyed the outside strip mall. This is the perfect Value Hotel in the area, both for couples or families. It even has a Movie Theater with current movies inside of the hotel. I will certainly go back!!!

| The hotel facitlity is wonderful. The service is great, accomodations very nice. The attached shopping/dining makes it very convenient. The Food Court is nice when you aren't in the mood for a sit-down type meal. Good selection of food too. Movie Theater in Resort is nice. No real reason to leave the resort once you arrive. Nice and quiet compared to the "Strip". Casino area complete, roomy and very nice. More of an "adult" resort, which is nice in that it's quiet. We were there for a baseball camp in Henderson, and our children, however, were not allowed in the hot tub (18 and older only) and since the new pool was not opened yet and it was cold outside, there really wasn't a lot for the kids to do in their down-time. If it was warmer outside, I would stay at the resort in a heartbeat and highly recommend it.
