| For what we paid this hotel was a very good value. The rooms are very upgraded, with top of the line linens, bedding, etc. My bathroom had travertine floors and upgraded fixtures (very nice touch), a coffee maker with real coffee cups and designer bath soap. The staff was also very nice and courteous. I would stay here again, and recommend it to anyone.

| This hotel/spa/casino is small and very comfortable. The beds are heavenly, the rooms are very clean and well appointed, and room service is quick. My experience with one of the spa clerks was not the best, which is sad because it was my first impression of the spa, however, my overall exprience was very nice. We will definitely return.

| Very cool place to stay. We stayed here on the last night of our honeymoon. They had chocolate covered strawberries for us and turn down service which we had no idea we were getting. The food was awesome along with the casino. We didn't win any money, but it was really cool anyway. We played a really long time and didn't lose very much. We did have to wait a little while to check in because our room wasn't ready yet, but it wasn't that big of a deal.

| I may have had too high expectations by the description of the hotel, "Boutique". It wasn't. However the front desk service, room service, valet and bell services were very friendly, and truly seemed to care about my stay. I like a much cleaner room and passed my experience on to the hotel. Overall I give it a 3 of 5.

| This was marketed as a Spa Resort and the spa lacked several important components - a sauna, a steam room, uncomfortable chairs in the "Serenity Room." The dressing area did not have adequate changing facilities. It was small, but nice. They need to upgrade to accommodate veteran spa visitors. They also need to have a place where you can read (perhaps by the pool or a sun room off the pool) while waiting. The pedicure was nice but not special and the cost was more than a nice pedicure at a day salon.

| I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is a few blocks (3 min walk) to the major casinos. The casino was quite small but still fun to play. The cafe had a starbucks that served all night. The service was excellent. I enjoyed the nightly turn down service that included fresh towels and cookies. There was a small stain on our carpet but for the most part the room was clean. The bed was just like home(pillowtop mattress, down comforter and pillows. I would stay there again.

| The Siena is a nice quiet hotel with a great spa that is great for people who are looking for a hotel with amenties that a salon in any major metropolitan city would have. The casino and hotel in general, was not overloaded with smokers or rowdy people. The rooms were very spacious with the only negative being that there is not ample light in the right places. The hallways were always quiet no matter what time of day and the staff generally helpful when needed. With free internet access to hotel guests who stay during the week, the Siena accomodates even the business traveler who desires to stay in touch with those back home. All staff that I encountered were helpful and able to give directions to local hot spots, malls, and restaurants. The Siena also goes out of their way to provide their guests with Bath & Body Works bathroom sundries. I find it to be quite nice that they offer both shampoo and conditioner serparately instead of together in the same bottle. To put a final touch on everything the hotel gives a free nightly turndown service that includes bakery quality treats. The only negatives of this hotel: the business center is not open on weekends, the restaurants are not overwhelmingly great, very few tv channels although espn, hbo and cnn are offered, and the full length mirror is inconvienently located on the inside of the bathroom door, making it awkward to do a final check as you exit the room.

| This was a good choice for us since we hate staying in a hotel that smells like cigarettes. The only place you could smell cigarettes was in the lobby and casino areas. Our room really was smoke free; but it had no view. To us that was worth giving up in order not to have the smell of cigarettes.

| We stayed at this hotel for the first time in 2004 and really loved it. The room, the downstairs restaurant (Enoteca) - wine and tapas, and the casino were chic and interesting in 2004. This time, the room was good, the service was good (they brought chocolate-covered strawberries for the turn-down service) but something was missing in the ambiance. The casino had mostly locals - and for a Saturday night, it was odd to see $2 tables and people playing with $10 total. Not a bad thing, just different than a typical tourist casino. The food at the Enoteca was very good - but they have rearranged the seating and it's not as interesting as before. Still - a good value and good service.
