Homestead Park, three blocks away, provides running paths, playing fields, a playground and other activities. Onsite are a fitness room, indoor pool and spa tub, and a multi-purpose sport court. Complimentary amenities include daily buffet breakfasts, snacks and beverages at Monday–Thursday social hours, and wireless Internet access in the lobby area. Pets are accepted (surcharge), grocery shopping is available, and parking is free.

| It was clean and was safe. the staff were nice and helpful. The drawbacks include no ice bucket in the room, limited toiletries, a pull out sofa bed with the worst matress ever, no sheets for the pull out bed, no ice dispensers on every floor and old furniture.
