| If you've got business in Omaha - but don't want to spend downtown prices - this is a great alternative. Close to the Omaha airport, a 2-minute (highway) ride into downtown Omaha.

| The best part of my stay was the woman serving at the breakfast. She was very helpful and very nice. One of the housekeepers was the same. Unfortunately the staff at the front desk was not. When I checked in, I asked if the pool was open and working, since I did not see anyone in it. I was told it was. My 2 year old was very excited to swim, when we got down there, we found the pool to be ice cold. The front desk offered nothing, not even an apology. The beds were not very comfortable, in fact I got the best nights sleep on the sofa bed. Nothing special about the place.

| Good hotel with large rooms, clean, good services, well situated, closed to historic center of Omaha, to the zoo and the casinos. Very nice and smily employees.

| The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and accomodating. We needed sheets for the sleeper sofa, and they had them available at the front desk. We thought it would have been nice for them to bring them to the room for us. The sleeper sofa was extremely uncomfortable both for sitting (as a couch) and sleeping (when folded out). This made the night much less enjoyable for the person stuck with it. In the morning, the breakfast attendant was quite friendly and fun to talk to. We would go back again just for her because she was so friendly.
