| The Renaissance sits next to another excelent hotel where I also stayed. So I have something else for comparison. Both hotels share the same pool which has an excellent view of the harbor, great chairs, and good food at the pool. The Renaissance hotel is nice, though a bit corporate. My non-smoking room smelled as if it had once been a smoking room, but the smell was not too bad. For the price, I thought the hotel was a great deal & good location (near Star Ferry - Wan Chai)
