| I always enjoy my stays. I have been booking a room with a balcony that over looks the Courtyard.The Staff are also very helpful.

| The comfort zone beds called my name all day long, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to stay near KCI.

| I checked in very late the night before a flight. The desk clerk greeted me by name as I walked in the door (I had said I would be a late check-in) and he gave me a nicer room than I had booked. It was a lovely suite with a Sleep Number bed. The bed had down pillows and comforter; what a great night's sleep! Very, very clean and quiet.

| We booked this hotel partly because we wanted the option of being able to eat there and not go looking for a place with limited time. When we arrived, it was not even serving food so we had to go driving around searching anyway. Otherwise the hotel itself was fine.

| Desk personnel very friendly--Had to fight ladybugs flying around in the room all night-other than the bug problem, overall stay was ok.
